Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Srinagar

Start for Srinagar at 05:30 A.M from Udhampur station. Reach Srinagar in the evening and transfer to hotel. Night stay at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing.

Early morning after breakfast start for Srinagar local sightseeing 08:00 a.m. Visit Tulip Garden, Mughal Gardens (Shalimarbag, Nishatbag and Chashmeshahi). Return to Srinagar in the evening and night stay at Hotel.

Day 3: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar

After breakfast start for Sonamarg at 08:30 a.m. return to Srinagar in the evening and night stay at Hotel.

Day 4: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar.

Early Morning after breakfast at 08:00 a.m. start for Gulmarg. Cable Car ride, Pony ride and other adventure activities at Gulmarg are availed are optional and it will be own cost. Over Night stay at Houseboat.

Day 5: Srinagar – Doodhpatri – Pahalgam.

After breakfast start for Doodhpatri at 08:30 a.m. Pony ride and other adventure activities at Doodhpatri are availed are optional and it will be own cost. Return to Pahalgam in the evening and night stay at Hotel.

Day 6: Pahalgam Sightseeing.

After breakfast day reserved to explore the Asia`s beautiful place called Baisaran Valley also known as “Mini Switzerland of Kashmir” OR Chandanwari & Betab Valley (optional – cost not included). In the evening proceed to Pahalgam Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7: Pahalgam – Katra.

After breakfast start for Katra at 8:00 a.m. We will drive on the outskirts of the Jammu city and traverse across the Trikuta Hills to eventually arrive in Katra and check in Hotel. Take rest, enjoy the Dinner. Stay overnight at Hotel in Katra.

Day 8: Mata Vasihno Devi Darshan.

After an early breakfast. Proceed for Vasihno Devi a short drive to the base of the trek from here, we will begin our trek. The ascent is good and you will be meeting a lot of co-pilgrims on their way up. Situated at a distance of 12 kilometers, the Pilgrimage will take a whole day coming and going which also includes brief stops for rest. A popular belief holds that anybody who walks this Himalayan trail to her abode to ask for a boon rarely go back disappointed. After paying your obeisance in front of the deity, you will trek downhill. Reach the Hotel for rest and relaxation. Stay overnight at Hotel in Katra.

Day 9: Katra to Jammu station drop.

Accommodation in Hotel / Houseboat on family basis.

01 Night at Deluxe Houseboat.

03 Nights at Srinagar Hotel.

02 Night at Pahalgam Hotel.

02 Nights at Katra Hotel.

8-Times Breakfast and Dinner in the Hotel.

Sightseeing as per the itinerary.

All transfers, city tours and transport services by Non-AC Eitos / Swift / Tavera / Scorpio / Innova / Tempo Traveller. Vehicle as per the itinerary.

All Arrival/Departure transfer as mentioned in Itinerary.

All applicable Taxes.

Any future taxes levies will be charged extra.

Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.

Any Medical / Rescue evacuation due to mishaps.

Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any other item.

Lunch, Evening Snacks, Mineral water / Soft or hard drinks / Sarters.

Entrance Fee, Sikara Ride, Horse Riding & Helicopter Ride.

Any other things that is not included in the Package Cost Includes Column.

Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

Local sightseeing in Pahalgam (Chandanwari, Betaab valley & Aru Valley etc). Cable Car Ride in Gulmarg.

Any cost arising due to natural Calamities like, Landslides, Roadblocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot.)

1. All the Tourists are requested to carry photo Identity Card and 2 copies photo with them during the Tour.

2. During tour if tourist change or cancel any planned destination according to itinerary no cancellation or adjustment will be done.

3. If an individual or a group cancels the tour during the tour, no refund will be given and the outstanding amount will have to be paid.

4. If due to delay of Train/Flight any tour spot missed the company cannot rearrange the same during the trip.

5. If Train or Flight reschedule and for that reason tourist need to stay extra night at hotel then extra charges will be paid by the tourist.

6. We are not responsible to refund or to compensate any amount if the tourist fails and neglects to join the schedule tour or cannot complete the same for his/their personal reasons.

7. We are not responsible to refund or to compensate any money if the tour or any part thereof cancelled due to political insurgency, natural calamity, and cancellation of train or Situation beyond our any reason whatsoever. However in any circumstances if the tour is extended for any exigencies the extra cost thereof will have to borne by the tourists.

8. If anyone and more cancel their tour before the journey, they will be charged by the company’s cancellation policy and the rest money will be divided with other group members. For that naturally the total tour cost will be changed.

9. Itinerary mentioned car will may not be available for pickup & drop at Srinagar, Leh and Jaipur airport.
