I booked my honeymoon trip from 1st to 5th of July with this travel agency for Kullu-Manali-Kasol. The entire trip was flawless. They made sure my trip was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, without any hitches. They even followed my instructions for a romantic evening. The hotels were lavish and beautiful as I requested. The best part about the trip was our driver, other than the places we visited. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Bhoopram Ji made sure that our every whim and fancy was followed.
However, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of communication. Initially, they were very uncommunicative about what was happening with my trip, albeit they told me later that because of other immediate trips, they were busy (which, in my opinion, could have been relayed earlier itself that it would take a little time to get all my details, making me a little less anxious). Other than that, one thing that I really disliked was their operations team. I received a message on WhatsApp about contacting their operations team within two days of the message to schedule the tour advisory session. I called them immediately on one of the number provided, where I was told to call them around 8 PM for the session. I called them at least 3 times as scheduled, but no one picked up or even returned my call after that. So, they really need to work on their communications skill.
All in all, it was a beautiful honeymoon trip, handled professionally by them. Even though I had some communication problems with them, I would still recommend them for anyone trying to arrange a trip, and maybe next time I will book through them again.

I had an amazing experience with Soul of Trip during my Ladakh trip from 17th to 27th June. The entire journey was exceptionally well planned and executed, making it one of the most memorable trips I've ever had.

Our first journey with Soul of Trip was nothing short of extraordinary! Our itinerary took us from Srinagar to Leh, covering incredible destinations like Dras, Kargil, Hunder, Pangong, and Hanle. We successfully conquered some of the world's highest mountain passes, including Zoji La, Namika La, Fotu La, Khardungla, and Umling La, all thanks to the expert guidance of the Soul of Trip team.
A special shoutout to Supriya Da, Sudip Da, and Koyena Di, who kept us mentally and physically prepared for the challenging terrains. Managing a group of over 40 tourists is no small feat, but the accommodation and vehicle arrangements were flawless and exceeded all our expectations. Awesome experience.

Me with my four friends of elderly women travelled to Ladakh for a trip organized by “Soul of Trip”. The trip was very well organized. From food to the accommodation provided - everything was top notch. The organizers were extremely caring and as you can imagine we were elderly women who could have potential health risks at such high altitude placed, hence the organizers took all the recommended precautions and guided us to avoid health issues at hight altitude. The team was extremely caring, especially Priyankar, and we felt as if we travelled with family members. At the same time, their arrangements and time management was precise and exact. With such a large team, most of the iconic places in Ladakh were covered - from Aryan Village for apricot blossoms to high altitude passes to Pangong Lake and Kargil. On many occasions, the organizers themselves cooked homely Bengali food for us (the majority of travelers in the group were Bengalis). They would also organize these “Jhalmuri” Parties as well every evening. These little little gestures were like cherry on top of the cake for us. The famous Youtubers - Shibaji and Prithvijith also had joined us and gave us great company. We were extremely satisfied with the trip and very glad that our trip was organized by “Soul of Trip”. Thank You Soul of Trip for organizing this for us.

Thanks to SOT team for making our Ladakh trip successful lifetime memorable trip . Special thanks to Koyena & supriyo for their guidance & kind support which help us to completed this adventuress tour without any physical hazard at high altitude. Hotel room quality & food quality was outstanding. I never forgot pangong evening…..chaa muri piyaji, ganer lorai , bhuter golpo & dance at 14000ft high altitude…..just unbelievable . Believe me it is not a bios review. I just share my 12 days experience in Ladakh. Finally I would like to given thanks sibajida & prithijit da. Because their blog help me to make this tour plan with SOT.

We had a 7-night tour covering Shimla, Tirthan Valley, and Manali in the second week of February 2026. Our overall experience with Soul of Trip
was very good. They were professional throughout and maintained regular communication from the booking stage until the end of the journey.
The hotels arranged in Shimla and Tirthan Valley were very good and comfortable. Due to an issue concerning my young child, I needed to modify our itinerary and reduce our stay in Tirthan Valley from two nights to one. Mr. Supriyo promptly managed the change and adjusted the accommodation smoothly without any inconvenience.
The hotel location in Manali was good, although the staff behavior and hospitality there did not meet expectations.
Overall, Soul of Trip demonstrated professionalism and a responsible approach throughout the trip, which is the most important quality I look for in a travel agency.

This was my second trip booked with them, to be more specific planned with Supriyo Ghosh from the Soul Of Trip and I am extremely happy with the overall experience. We had booked our Puja vacation for Leh Ladakh through Soul of Trip,it was a nice experience with them.Every thing was planned accordingly to our places of interest and budget.All members of the team is very responsive and had helped with every single query we had.When we visited Leh the situation was bit tough because of the political issue and as curfew was going on we didn't face a single problem regarding food ,hotels and other facilities.The person who toke us for the ride for 9 days Hasan and Tashi bhai are very polite, calm and friendly.Thanks for the arrangement Utpal da had made for us.Hoping to have the next trip with you all again.

Overall a good trip. Customised trip very well organised. Good experience with Soul of Trip & team, except one incident regarding lake view room allocation at Pangong , in which we were booked. Car provided was in good condition. Owner-cum- Driver of car Mr.Konchok Namgyal is a ever smiling person, very helpful. He guided us throughout the trip and shared useful information, which we as a tourist would like to have about the place we are travelling. Looking forward for long association with Soul of Trip...
