By participating in any tour or package provided by Soul of Trip, you hereby declare and confirm that all the information provided by you, including but not limited to medical history, health conditions, and personal identification documents, is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You confirm that all documents submitted, including Identification Proof (ID), Address Proof, and Medical Fitness Certificates, are genuine, valid, and up to date. Any falsification or submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate cancellation of your booking, and Soul of Trip reserves the right to take legal action as per the applicable laws.
You acknowledge that traveling, especially to remote or high-altitude locations, may involve certain health risks. It is your responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or health issues that may impact your ability to participate in the tour safely.
Soul of Trip shall not be held liable for any health complications, serious injury, unfortunate death, or any other physical or mental damage that may occur due to the non-disclosure or concealment of medical conditions.
In the event that any injury, damage, or other adverse outcome arises due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of the participant, Soul of Trip will not be held responsible. This includes any incidents caused by the failure to follow instructions or guidelines provided by the tour leader, or any other authorized personnel associated with the tour.
By signing this declaration, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to the activities and experiences included in the tour. Soul of Trip shall not be liable for any harm or loss resulting from unforeseen events, including but not limited to, medical emergencies or accidents, whether or not such events are due to any failure or omission on the part of the participant.
This declaration is made in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. Soul of Trip reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel the booking if the information or documents provided are found to be false or incomplete.
By proceeding with the tour booking, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above and acknowledge that Soul of Trip shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising out of any false declarations, omissions, negligence, or submission of fraudulent documents on your part.
